PROCESSING + SHIPPING
Processing time is 3-5 business days for non-personalized items and 5-7 business days for personalized products.
**Business days do NOT include weekend or holidays**
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail (3-5 days) or Priority Mail (2-3 days).
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your item(s) ship.
Please note that shipping times provided are "estimates* based on the estimates provided by the United States Postal Service and therefore are not guaranteed. Please order accordingly. We do not have control over courier delays and are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows that you package has been delivered but you are not in possession of it, please contact your local post office for more information.
Due to an unusually high number of customers entering incorrect shipping addresses, there will be a $10 fee charged to have the items re-shipped to you once they are returned to us by the USPS. Shipping is expensive and we cannot continue to incur costs/losses due to customer negligence.
We want you to receive your packages and in a time manner so to avoid this fee and inconvenience, please make sure you are entering the correct shipping address and double check it BEFORE submitting your order.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for items that do not require customization.
Contact us within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
We accept cancellations within 4 hours of placement.
The following items can NOT be returned or exchanged:
Custom or personalized orders
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can not accept returns or exchanges but please contact us immediately if you have a problem with your order.
