Do you provide International delivery?

Unfortunately, .we only offer shipping within the US.

What payment options do you accept?

 

We accept Credit/Debit cards, Paypal and Afterpay.

I have a problem with my order. How can we fix it?

We are happy to help in any way we can. Simply send us a message with the following information so one of our customer service superstars can quickly assist you!

- Order Number
- Event Date
- Image of problem
- 1-2 Sentences describing what the problem is.

Once we receive your message, we will check to see if the wrong items were shipped to you by accident or if anything was misprinted due to an error on our end. If the mistake was our fault we will provide a solution at no expense on the customers’ end.

If the mistake was made on the customer’s behalf, we can still provide them with reprints or re-shipments. However; the customer must pay all extra charges including shipping. 

How do I track my order?

 

An email with the tracking will be sent as soon as your item ships. You can use the link in the email to check the status of delivery.

 

Can orders be picked up?

Due to COVID-19 concerns, we are no longer offering local pickup. .
